Find likely travel confirmations
Connect Gmail if you choose. Google grants read-only access across the connected mailbox; the app filters for likely travel mail. This connection cannot send, delete or change email. Filtering can make mistakes, so sources remain available for review.
Understand the reply
Optional travel-conversation discovery checks qualifying recent replies for the active trip. The app distinguishes requests, offers and source-reported confirmations, rather than treating every sentence as a booking. Reduced travel facts remain private until you share them.
See what needs a decision
The app can highlight a changed detail, a missing transfer or another supported next step. Read the original source when details conflict. It does not claim to understand every airline, attachment or conversation.
Keep confirmed plans close
With a separate Google Calendar connection, choose an owned calendar, review the proposed events and enable sync. Supported confirmed or paid records can then update linked events. Conflicting edits and events Google will not let the app change need review.
Prepare a reply in context
For qualifying document requests, an optional, short-lived Gmail draft connection can prepare an unsent reply in the original thread after your review. Google bundles draft and send permissions, but We Are So implements draft creation only.
