WE ARE SO CLEAR ABOUT THIS
Your family. Your choices.
Useful help needs clear boundaries. Know what is connected, who can see a detail and whether an action is only a suggestion or has actually happened.
A private family space
A phone number alone never grants family membership. The private app requires an approved family identity. Parents control item visibility; permission checks also apply to the information used in answers and action cards.
Optional, separate connections
Gmail import is read-only and filters for travel, although Google’s permission covers the connected mailbox. Calendar editing is a separate choice. Photos Picker accesses the selections you make, not a background scan of your library. You can disconnect optional connections.
AI uses relevant, permitted context
Cloudflare Workers AI can help interpret qualifying travel text, answer questions and prioritize supported actions. Sources and unknowns matter. We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models. Read the privacy policy for processing and retention details.
Documents stay separate
Passport details and copies are kept in an encrypted, owner-only vault requiring recent verified parent sign-in. They are excluded from ordinary AI, SMS and Calendar context. Preparing a document reply requires choosing what to share and reviewing it.
A draft is not a message sent
Optional Gmail draft preparation can create an unsent reply in the existing thread. Google’s permission bundles draft and send access, but the app has no email-send action. WhatsApp handoffs remain yours to review and send. The app does not purchase travel or independently submit supplier forms.
Know the current limits
We Are So is in private preview. Google verification and travel-text provider review are still in progress. The app is not an emergency service or a replacement for an airline or provider when urgent changes are needed. No security certification is claimed here.
